		o crashes with floating point exception if you cycle windows

		o after removing a stream from a left scale with one on the
		right scale, attempting to readd a stream overwrites the right
		scale when it should find the left is available and put it
		there

	o bugs fixed
		o FPE crash when cycling with no windows fixed
		o reversed cycling of focused window is fixed
		o added some vertical space between key bottom and divider
		line also added some space between divider line and first
		window - improves readability
		o adding stream to window that had two streams but the stream
		assigned to the left scale removed now gets assigned to the
		left scale properly, silly logic bug.
